The attachment is a second injection unit that mounts on your existing machine. It melts the second colour and feeds it into the main melt, so both colours fill the mould together.
- Second colour, own hopper
The attachment has its own hopper, screw and barrel, so the second colour is melted separately from the first.
- Separate temperature control
Its own control panel holds every heating zone at the right temperature for the second material.
- Both melts meet at the nozzle
The two colours join just before the mould, giving marble, flower, wave or wood grain patterns.
- Same cycle, same mould
Your machine runs its normal cycle with your existing mould. No new press, no rotating platen.

Will the attachment fit my injection moulding machine?
Yes. The attachment is made to suit any type, make or capacity of injection moulding machine, whether it is Chinese, Taiwanese, Japanese, European or Indian built. Send us the make, model and tonnage and we size the screw, barrel and mounting to your machine.
What products can I make in two colours?
Household products such as buckets, tubs, basins, bowls, mugs, jugs and laundry baskets, and plastic furniture such as chairs and stools with a wooden effect. If your product is made on an injection moulding machine, ask us and we will tell you what effect you can get.
Do I need a new mould?
In most cases no. The two colour effect is created by how the second colour enters the melt, so your existing single colour moulds usually work as they are. We check your mould and gate design before you order.
How is a two colour attachment different from a two colour machine?
A two colour (two shot) machine is a whole new press with two injection units and often a rotating mould. Our attachment adds the second colour to the machine you already own, for a fraction of the cost and with no extra floor space.
